A warm, carefully designed space in which to enjoy the flavours of local cooking. La taula de mâaura, on the ground floor of the main building, is the beating heart of the hamlet. Amid wood, stone and modern, practical furnishings, traditional Piedmontese cuisine takes centre stage, built on local ingredients and Slow Food Presidia products. In the warmer months, lunch can be served in the little square outside.
